M Family Photos {Families}

I took some family pictures for my sister’s family while I was visiting them in Portland. I hadn’t ever been to the Rose Gardens before, and could have spent hours taking pictures in all the beautiful spots – but I don’t think my subjects would have been willing to pose that long :) Little James didn’t want to sit still, and Davis thought he was pretty funny making silly faces. I had to constantly call him out on it. Several with puckered-up kissy lips, a few with growls, a couple with his tongue sticking out, and plenty of eyes-closed super cheesy grins – but we did manage to get a few Christmas Card worthy pictures:

Camille & Bryce {Married}

I had the opportunity to be the second / third (if there is a third?) shooter for my sister Camille’s wedding. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding ceremony at the Medford Oregon LDS Temple. To take advantage of better lighting and more relaxed circumstances, Camille and Bryce had “groomals” taken at Lithia Park in Ashland a couple days before the wedding. It was fun to be there and see them together.

Camille & Bryce {Engaged}

I had so much fun taking engagement pictures for my youngest sister Camille and her then-fiance Bryce. We had a couple issues with wind and lighting, but they were great sports and we got some cute pictures. 

  

Baby Ryan {Newborn}

Here’s my little guy a couple weeks after he was born in April. I love being able to take my time with the pictures when they are young enough to just lie there sleeping.
